Our vision is for Cincinnati's Black community to change systems and achieve greater economic status, connectedness, and overall well-being.
Five priority areas guide our work and strategic planning at TABLE. These areas are carefully and intentional selected in an effort to produce the greatest level of impact through the advancement of leaders and to catalyze growth and advancement in sectors influential to the people we serve.
The priority areas are:
We are passionate about democratizing power and removing barriers for current and future generations own Black Cincinnati. We have spent years working for a seat at various tables to advance the solutions and idea of Black people, often to no avail. Collectively we are clear that we, as a people, need focused catalytic collaboration, we need space to convene current and future leaders and to bring about sustainable change. So, we built our own table.
Change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time. We are the ones we’ve been waiting for. We are the change that we seek.
